U.S. state of California, located on the west coast on the Pacific coast. California, 31th U.S. state, was founded on Sept. 9, 1850. It is the most populous U.S. state. The state is known for its varied climate, nature, colorful composition of the population. Most important branches of the state's economy, agriculture, aerospace industry, mining and processing of oil and information technology are observed here. California stretches along the Pacific coast. It is bordered the State of Oregon to the north, Nevada and Arizona to the east, the southern boundary of the state is also part of the state border with Mexico. There are several volcanoes in this state. There are two major rivers in California. It is Sacramento and San Joaquin. Most parts of the state of climate are mediterranean, with rainy winters and dry summers. For a typical mountain climate of the mountains, snowy winters and moderately warm summers. To the east of the mountain ranges one can find desert areas with cold winters and hot summers.
   The nature of California is diverse. The mountains are deciduous, mixed and coniferous forests. California is famous for its mountains. Twelve of them are higher than 14,000 feet above sea level. The famous mountains of California are Shasta, Whitney, Williamson, Sill, Russell, Split and other. The nature is amazing. There are various popular mountain routes. In addition, there are various hotels located in the mountains. This allows everyone to enjoy the nature of California. There are routes with an overnight stay. Everyone can choose a route on your own. In any case, the indescribable beauty of the nature of California does not leave anyone indifferent.
